How to Apply

Six steps from enquiry to enrolment.

A typical application takes six to ten weeks from enquiry to seat confirmation. Below is exactly what happens at each step, who you talk to, and what you pay.

  1. 01

    Online Enquiry

Submit the enquiry form on our Admissions page or call the admissions office. You will receive a prospectus link and a counsellor callback within one working day.

  2. 02

    Eligibility Check

Our admissions team verifies your 10+2 marks, age and documents against INC norms, and recommends the programme best suited to your profile.

  3. 03

    Application & Entrance

Complete the online application with documents and the application fee. Eligible B.Sc. applicants appear for the RGUHS conduct test followed by a personal interview at the campus.

  4. 04

    Document Verification

Original mark sheets, transfer certificate, migration certificate, caste and income certificates are verified in person at the admissions cell.

  5. 05

    Fee Payment & Enrolment

On selection, pay the first-year fee within the stipulated window to confirm your seat. Hostel and transport allotment follows enrolment.

  6. 06

    Orientation

A two-week orientation introduces you to the campus, faculty, hospital partners and the ABC Code of Professional Conduct before classes begin.
